  • Hey Scorgie,

Wanted to check to see where I submit music for airplay. I’ve been playing in Colorado Springs based punk bands for over a decade and want to see if you guys would consider a song from Justice Blocc. I seem to hear the most punk rock stuff when you DJ (ironically it looks like The Dead Milkmen are playing as I write this). Justice Blocc features members of 99 Bottles, Murder Hat, The A-Holes and more. We’ve toured the country, played with bands from around the world, released a best selling (in the punk rock world) 7″ EP and are working on our full length album.

I hope to hear back from you. In the meantime here is a link to a YouTube version of the song I’d like to submit:

  • Hi Scorgie,
Thanks for giving us a play on the locals only showcase tonight, it means a lot to us that you and RXP are willing to dedicate part of your programming each week to supporting local music. Here’s hoping that one of us breaks through soon 🙂

  • I’ve recently recorded some music I’m really proud of and I’m writing because I believe your station has tastemaker DJs who support eclectic artists and appreciate musicality. I’m an 18 year old songwriter/multi-instrumentalist. I recorded my debut EP with David Kahne (Lana Del Ray, Regina Spektor). I’ve pasted a link to a few songs below. Hearing back from someone would mean a lot, because I know you approach music/programming with a seriousness and passion. I’m just starting out in the scene and I feel that your station is one of the most important influences in and around Colorado. Being embraced by RXP would be invaluable.

    With sincere respect,
