It’s no secret that Netflix is giving life to Gerard Way and Gabriel  Bá‘s superhero graphic novels, The Umbrella Academyand now they’ve finally released a trailer!

The series will star Ellen Page in a leading role with other appearances by Mary J. BligeRobert Sheehan (Mortal Engines), Cameron Britton (Mindhunter) and many more up and coming actors.

The former lead singer of My Chemical Romance had this to say at NY Comic Con about the series:

“Once it started and got greenlit then it all went fast. But the story of Umbrella Academy going from winning the Eisner, we got optioned by Universal right away. There was a lot of meetings and I gave a lot of myself. It is so different than the book. The Netflix show is so different than the book. I can’t micromanage that.”

Even though the show will be different from the book, Way is still excited about it. The Umbrella Academy hits Netflix on February 15!
